The outdoor area provided a nice space to unwind after a busy day. I enjoyed the swimming pool, clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was straightforward. One experience that stood out was regarding the breakfast. I found the selection to be lacking, disappointing for the morning meal.

This place offers really good value for money! The breakfast is superb, and the swimming pool is great for both kids and adults. Staff members were attentive. The refurbished rooms are modern and clean. A hidden gem not to be missed!

The hotel was in the middle of La Chapelle-Sur-Erdre. The bed was comfy. Restaurant Ailleurs, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the venue. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly.

No public transport acces to Nantes Cente. Impossible for a Conference delegate without a car if the Conference venue is downtown. THe difficulty i n accessing transport should be made clear o n the Hotel information. Otherwise, provide a mini-bus service to and from central Nantes

Helpful, friendly staff. Good meal at the restuarant. Large room.
Was in Nantes on business and the only way of getting from the hotel to Nantes and back was by taxi. This cost about 50 Euros each day. And if you want a taxi, make sure you book it the night before otherwise long delays.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The dining experience was concerning as we had to wait 30 minutes for our orders to be taken, and other guests faced similar delays. While the pool area was enjoyable, the service level left something to be desired, and it often felt understaffed.

Disposable cups instead of proper mugs!!! It's absurd to restrict room glasses only to bar purchases. Room service seemed clueless!!! Not the kind of standards expected from a supposed four-star hotel!!!

Very handy for travelling from the ferries in the North where an overnight stay required.
Room was not really overlooking a garden, saw more of a car park/ storage tanks.
